Rideshare company Uber is offering a holiday promotion that provides free rides from select airports through December 31. The offer is available only to riders who pay with an American Express card.
To claim a free ride, open the Uber app and enter the promo code AMEXAIRPORT before requesting a trip. You must also select an American Express card as your payment method. Each eligible rider can receive up to two complimentary rides, each worth up to $65. Note that prepaid cards are excluded from this promotion.
Airports included in the offer are: LaGuardia Airport; John F. Kennedy International Airport; Newark Liberty International Airport; Chicago O’Hare International Airport; Chicago Midway International Airport; Seattle-Tacoma International Airport; Boston Logan International Airport; McCarran International Airport; George Bush Intercontinental Airport; Washington Dulles International Airport; and Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport.
The promotion applies only to rides that originate from the participating airports, so trips to those airports are not covered by the free-ride credit.
