Summer is almost here, bringing longer vacation days, more opportunities for bleisure travel and a slate of new airline routes to make trips easier and more convenient.
Allegiant Air
Allegiant Air is adding 19 new nonstop summer routes, expanding options for travelers with several new connections to Nashville, Tennessee (BNA). Fares vary by route and date, with some one-way tickets starting as low as $40. These new routes give budget-minded travelers more flexibility for weekend getaways and longer trips.
United Airlines
United Airlines is rolling out new service from Denver International Airport (DEN) to Greenville-Spartanburg, South Carolina, and Syracuse, New York. Weekend flyers will also see more options between Denver and coastal destinations, including seasonal service that makes it easier to reach Maine for lobster season or Ft. Myers for a sunny beach escape.
Spirit Airlines
Spirit Airlines is launching several June routes along the East Coast. New nonstop service from Charlotte Douglas International Airport (CLT) will link the city with Baltimore (BWI), Fort Lauderdale (FLL), Orlando (MCO) and Newark (EWR), offering more affordable and frequent options for regional travel this summer.
TAP Air Portugal
TAP Air Portugal is introducing nonstop transatlantic service that connects San Francisco International Airport (SFO) with Lisbon (LIS). This new link makes Portugal more accessible from the West Coast and includes onboard perks such as complimentary Wi-Fi and texting, helping passengers stay connected on longer international flights.
