Rolling out at Loews properties across North America, these offerings reduce packing and same-day garment hassles so guests can focus on meetings and travel instead of logistics.

Wrinkle-Free Travel allows frequent guests to store toiletries, clothing, and shoes securely between visits. Before checking out, guests simply press the Star Service button on the in-room phone and request Wrinkle-Free Travel. Items are kept clean and safe, then waiting in the room on the guest’s next stay, cutting down on what travelers need to pack and carry from trip to trip.

Pressed for Time is tailored for guests who require quick garment care. For $5 per piece, Loews will press, iron, or steam clothing items and return them within two hours when requested between 7 a.m. and 10 p.m. This service helps travelers maintain a professional appearance with minimal interruption to their schedules.
