Two E Bar/Lounge at The Pierre, A Taj Hotel, New York is unveiling a new seasonal cocktail menu at a public event on Tuesday, Sept. 24. The bar’s quarterly mixology series highlights the flavors of each season with a rotating selection of handcrafted cocktails.
At the launch event, guests can enjoy complimentary samples from the cocktail menu along with passed hors d’oeuvres, while a live jazz duo provides entertainment.
Here’s a look at selections from the seasonal menu:
Black Friar’s Pint: Bulldog gin, Spanish sherry, Guinness reduction, agave nectar and egg white.
Non-Tartle: Glenfiddich 12 Year, lime and lemon juices, simple syrup, dried lemon verbena and Erdinger beer foam.
Fig & Tan: Mount Gay Black Barrel rum, Averna, maple syrup, Guinness-fig reduction and soda.
Mikhailada: Pepper-infused Russian Standard vodka, Maggi seasoning, Worcestershire sauce, tomato juice and Negra Modelo beer.
Spiced Cobbler: Spiced bourbon with Cointreau reduction, house-made orange cordial and Erdinger beer.
Pisco Haze: Pisco 100, Martini & Rossi Sweet, port, pomegranate and lemon juices, simple syrup and Abita Purple Haze beer.
A New Day: Tanqueray No. Ten gin, pomegranate-lemongrass-cardamom syrup, lemon juice and Lagunitas IPA–ginger beer foam.
