Palazzo Ricci Fractional Ownership Residences Launching in 2023

Developer Viaggio Resorts will soon debut Palazzo Ricci in Abruzzo, Italy. The historic palace, originally built in 1799, is currently being restored for a 2023 opening and will be offered through a private residence club model, including fractional and co-ownership options.

The main palace contains 14 distinct residences spread across five floors, with sizes ranging from about 630 square feet to 2,000 square feet. Options include one-, two- and three-bedroom units as well as penthouse and cottage residences. The ground floor features a range of shared amenities: a restored Roman-style bath, a social lounge with a pool table, a big-screen television and a library for relaxed gatherings.

Surrounding the palace are approximately 10,000 square feet of private gardens designed with secluded seating areas, terraces and covered walkways. Outdoor amenities include a swimming pool, a fitness center, dining areas with built-in barbecues, and fire pits. The property’s hospitality team provides a full suite of services such as transportation assistance, valet parking, luggage handling, daily housekeeping, pre-arrival grocery delivery, and personal storage, in addition to tailored concierge services.

Owners receive a minimum of 5.5 weeks of annual use at Palazzo Ricci, with no cap on additional time. Ownership includes access to the Elite Alliance Exchange Group network, giving members exchange privileges across 135 private residence clubs worldwide. Unused weeks can be exchanged for stays at other Elite Alliance locations. Entry-level pricing for ownership starts at $100,000.
