New Orleans’ iconic French Quarter welcomes its first newly built hotel in more than five decades. ONE11 Hotel opens in this bustling historic neighborhood, combining traditional charm with a modern, streamlined design.
Visitors will find ONE11 adds to the area’s visual character while offering contemporary, stylish interiors and casual dining at the on-site Batture Bistro + Bar. The restaurant serves craft cocktails and small plates in an elevated but relaxed setting ideal for both locals and travelers.
Located in the Vieux Carré, the French Quarter spans an 85-block area dating to the city’s founding in the early 1700s. ONE11 is the first new hotel approved in this historic district since the 1960s. The property stands on land once at the center of New Orleans’ sugar industry, having previously housed The Louisiana Sugar Refining Company.
ONE11 is a boutique destination in the heart of an active neighborhood, offering 83 guestrooms and suites across eight stories. In a playful nod to the building’s past, some suites are referred to as “sweets.” The hotel appeals to both business and leisure travelers seeking luxury comforts; guests with a taste for upscale accommodations can reserve the two-bedroom, two-bath Riverbend Suite. Located on the eighth floor, the Riverbend Suite includes two private terraces, a wet bar and dedicated seating areas for relaxing or entertaining.

Guests also have access to a swimming pool, outdoor fireplace, intimate courtyard and a rooftop terrace that offers panoramic views of the city and the Mississippi River.
“We are incredibly inspired by the history of our building, and the spirit and creative culture of New Orleans. From top to bottom our goal is to deliver a guest experience that is authentic to the city, and that will also delight and surprise both local residents and visitors. Having a remarkable F&B team, Batture Bistro + Bar is the perfect complement to ONE11. We are delighted to finally share this one-of-a-kind property with all who are curious to discover it,” said Nikki Ritzenthaler, general manager of ONE11.
