Ocean Casino Resort has announced a summer partnership with BLADE to offer scheduled helicopter service between New York City and Atlantic City. The flights operate non-stop from the BLADE Lounge West Terminal on West 30th Street in Manhattan to the resort’s rooftop helipad, providing a fast, direct connection for guests seeking a premium travel experience.
The service began on May 25 and will continue with additional weekend flights throughout July and August, extending through Labor Day Weekend. These scheduled seats complement the private charters the resort has offered since its helipad opened, making the option accessible to a broader audience.
Helicopters carry up to six passengers and complete the trip in about 40 minutes. Upon arrival at Ocean Casino Resort, guests receive a personalized welcome that includes dedicated concierge service and a complimentary suite upgrade when available. The offering is designed to streamline travel and elevate the overall resort experience for visitors arriving from Manhattan.
“We are pleased to be partnering with BLADE to launch Ocean’s customer-facing, by-the-seat helicopter service throughout the summer,” said Bill Callahan, general manager of Ocean Casino Resort. He noted that while private charter trips have been popular since the helipad was built, the scheduled flights add another high-quality amenity to the beachfront property.

“This is a natural extension for BLADE to complement its Hamptons and airport routes,” said Roisin Branch, CMO of BLADE. She added that the company has seen increased demand for Manhattan-to-Atlantic City charters and that scheduled service makes the route more accessible to a wider range of travelers over the summer months.
For the launch, Ocean Casino Resort partnered with Moët & Chandon. Each passenger who books a flight receives an exclusive champagne tumbler, and every BLADE x Ocean hotel package includes a chilled bottle of Moët Imperial, enhancing the luxury experience from arrival to accommodation.
