It’s official: Nobu is coming to Nashville, Tennessee. Nobu Hospitality announced the new project earlier this month: Nobu Hotel & Restaurant Nashville will be located along the scenic Cumberland River in the city’s East Bank district.

The property will offer 120 guestrooms and suites that blend contemporary design with Nobu’s signature Japanese-inspired aesthetic. Thoughtfully appointed rooms are planned to deliver comfort and refined style, appealing to both leisure travelers and business visitors.
At lobby level, a Nobu restaurant will present the culinary creations that made the brand famous, while adaptable meeting and event spaces will accommodate everything from intimate gatherings to larger functions. A lobby café will provide a casual setting for coffee, light meals and informal meetings.
Wellness amenities will include a modern fitness center and a full-service spa, designed to provide relaxation and rejuvenation. Atop the building, an infinity-edged rooftop pool will offer sweeping views of Nashville’s skyline and the surrounding landscape. The rooftop is intended to be a lively social destination with curated food and beverage offerings.

“We’re excited to bring the Nobu lifestyle to Nashville’s East Bank, a vibrant district ready for growth,” said Trevor Horwell, CEO of Nobu Hospitality. “Following strong interest from our guests, partnering with Oracle is a natural fit. Nashville’s rich culture and culinary scene make it an ideal home for Nobu, and we look forward to creating a destination that reflects the city’s energy and our distinct hospitality.”
The hotel will be part of a larger Oracle campus development, a project designed in collaboration with Foster + Partners that aims to energize the East Bank district and complement Nashville’s evolving waterfront.
