Naples Beach Club, A Four Seasons Resort has opened along 1,000 feet of white-sand shoreline within 125 acres of landscaped grounds. The new resort features 220 guest accommodations, including 57 suites, and brings Four Seasons’ signature service to a premier coastal destination in Florida.
“This opening marks an exciting milestone for Four Seasons in Florida, as we expand our offerings in the region and introduce the highly anticipated Naples Beach Club,” said Alejandro Reynal, president and CEO of Four Seasons. “Meticulously designed to inspire connection to Naples’ idyllic coastal lifestyle, this brand-new resort sets the stage for one-of-a-kind luxury experiences alongside Four Seasons’ renowned service. We are thrilled to bring this vision to life with our established partners BDT & MSD and The Athens Group and together celebrate this exceptional new opening in an iconic destination.”

Guests can enjoy a broad range of amenities, including five distinct dining venues, a full-service spa and wellness center, racquet sports, and event spaces. Market Square, positioned at the heart of the property, serves as a lively social hub with shops, dining and entertainment. The resort community also includes 153 privately owned luxury residences.
Architectural inspiration for the resort draws from Old Naples. Exterior architect Hart Howerton reinterpreted the city’s historic cottage-style homes in a contemporary palette, while interior design by Champalimaud Design balances coastal refinement with relaxed comfort.
Early 2026 will see the unveiling of the resort’s most opulent suite: the 7,000-square-foot, five-bedroom Sabal Suite, named after Florida’s state tree. This expansive residence will represent the pinnacle of the property’s accommodations.
The culinary program spans five concepts, anchored by the revival of local favorite HB’s, the only true beachfront restaurant in Old Naples. Sunset Bar offers cocktails and Latin-inspired small plates, while The Merchant and Room—led by two-time James Beard Award–winning chef Gavin Kaysen—round out the resort’s dining options with refined menus and thoughtful service.
Sanctuary Spa, a two-level retreat, features 13 treatment rooms and an inclusive thermal circuit with aromatherapy steam rooms, Finnish saunas, vitality pools and cold plunge zones. Additional wellness offerings include experiential showers, a rooftop lap pool, a 24-hour fitness center and personal training services.

Outdoor offerings are equally robust: kayaks, paddleboards, beach games and curated family activities are available, and the property has two pools with private cabanas and comfortable loungers, including a family splash pool. The Racquet Club includes six Har-Tru courts, and the resort concierge can arrange local excursions such as ecological walks and fishing trips.
For meetings and events, Naples Beach Club provides more than 32,000 square feet of flexible indoor and outdoor space, including two ballrooms, manicured lawn venues and multiple terraces suitable for weddings, corporate gatherings and social events.
Additional openings and experiences planned for 2026 include The Wager, a sports-focused gastropub; The Picture House, an intimate 22-seat theater; The Gardens, an 18-hole golf course designed by Tom Fazio; and FINS Kids Club, a dedicated program for families and younger guests. Together, these amenities reinforce the resort’s position as a comprehensive destination for luxury coastal travel in Naples.
