MGM Resorts has launched MGM Rewards, a redesigned loyalty program that lets both gaming and non-gaming guests earn MGM Rewards Points to redeem for dining, entertainment, hotel stays and other experiences across its portfolio, including Bellagio, ARIA, Borgata and MGM National Harbor.

The program redesign is driven by member feedback and aims to deliver clearer, more valuable benefits at every tier. According to Anil Mansukhani, vice president of loyalty and marketing at MGM Resorts, the program rewards progression from entry-level Sapphire through top-tier NOIR, offering tangible incentives to move up and enjoy enhanced privileges across the company’s properties.
Key benefits include waived resort fees, complimentary valet parking, late checkout and suite upgrade opportunities. Members may also receive complimentary concert access and enjoy new partnerships with travel brands. Slot players continue to receive strong value by earning both MGM Rewards Points and Slot Dollars, while table game players can now earn MGM Rewards Points as well. Holders of the MGM Rewards Mastercard earn additional points, and members at Pearl+ level and above no longer experience currency expiration on their points.
Point earning and redemption is widely available across the portfolio, including more than 400 food and beverage outlets within MGM’s collection of resorts. The program also integrates with BetMGM Rewards options for customers who use that service.
To welcome members to the updated program, MGM Resorts is offering a limited-time promotion: all members receive a two-times multiplier on Tier Credits earned at the company’s Las Vegas resorts, based on the new earning rates, through April 30. This incentive is designed to accelerate progress through tiers and let guests experience upgraded benefits sooner.
