Manchester Airport has opened a new adults-only lounge in Terminal 3: the 1903 Lounge, which seats 71 guests and aims to provide a relaxed, premium pre-flight experience.
The lounge features runway views, complimentary Wi‑Fi and numerous charging points. A full complement of in‑house chefs prepare a menu of freshly cooked hot and cold dishes using high-quality ingredients. Breakfast offerings include made-to-order omelettes and poached eggs, while the all-day buffet includes items such as sliders. Alcoholic drinks are included, with Champagne available alongside local favorites like Manchester Pale Ale and Manchester Gin.
“We’re delighted to have launched our flagship 1903 Lounge in Terminal 3,” said Beth Brewster, executive vice president of business development and lounges at Manchester Airports Group. “The final product looks superb and offers passengers a real slice of luxury before their flight.”
The lounge is open daily from 4:15 a.m. to 8:30 p.m., with earlier closing at 7:30 p.m. on Saturdays. Entry costs £45 per person for up to two hours when booked in advance, or £50 for walk-up access; fast-track security is included with admission.
Named in recognition of the year the Wright brothers made their first flight, the 1903 Lounge offers a more premium option for passengers transiting Terminal 3.
Airlines operating from Terminal 3 include Air France, American Airlines, BMI Regional, British Airways, Flybe, Iberia Express, KLM, Ryanair and Vueling.
