L’Auberge de Sedona Unveils Home for the Holidays Holiday Experience

Premiere luxury resort L’Auberge de Sedona unveils its “Home for the Holidays” package to complement the resort’s seasonal celebrations. Guests are invited to enjoy Arizona’s striking natural scenery — from Oak Creek to the Red Rocks — while taking part in festive offerings and curated experiences.

The Creekside and Garden Cottages will be transformed into cozy winter retreats. Arriving guests are greeted with hot cocoa from a specialty chocolatier. Cottages will feature holiday throws and pillows, soft flannel sheets, two stockings hung over the fireplace, fresh wreaths on the front doors, and a decorated tree with twinkling lights. Each cottage will also receive a plate of freshly baked cookies prepared by the resort’s pastry chef.

L’Auberge de Sedona continues its annual holiday tradition with a Tree Lighting Ceremony on Dec. 5 from 5–7 p.m. The evening includes live music, light bites and seasonal beverages, offering a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere for guests. For further relaxation, the resort’s L’Apothecary Spa offers a seasonal Chocolate Decadence treatment beginning Dec. 2. This 90-minute ritual combines a scrub infused with holiday scents such as peppermint, grapefruit, cassia and ylang-ylang, followed by a nourishing wrap and massage. Treatments take place in rooms scented with fir and dwarf pine to evoke the season and the property’s natural surroundings.

The resort’s acclaimed restaurant, Cress on Oak Creek, will feature specialty holiday menus for Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year’s Eve. Thanksgiving service presents a four-course tasting menu that may include dishes like espelette chicken boudin and seared wild boar tenderloin, with optional wine pairings. On Christmas Day, guests can choose a festive brunch or dinner with signature offerings such as sous vide breast of organic turkey and herb-crusted prime rib. New Year’s Eve dinner will showcase celebratory dishes like bourbon-braised pork and butter-braised main lobster as part of the evening’s festivities.
