Regal Hong Kong Hotel’s restaurant, Alto 88, introduces a new Italian brunch buffet. Available on Sundays and selected public holidays, the buffet presents a wide selection of authentic Italian dishes from starters through desserts. Perched on the hotel’s 31st floor, the restaurant pairs spectacular views of Victoria Harbour with thoughtfully prepared Italian cuisine. Executive Chef Guiseppe crafts each dish using carefully selected imported Italian ingredients to ensure genuine flavours.

The menu is designed to reflect seasonal produce and may change accordingly. Guests can expect an assortment of antipasti such as grilled vegetables, fennel salad, mozzarella with tomato and pesto, vegetable terrine and parma ham with cantaloupe. Seafood options include oysters, scallops, shrimp and crab legs, while cold selections feature tuna tartare, assorted cold cuts and cherry tomatoes stuffed with tuna mousse. A selection of pasta stations offers classics like carbonara, Bolognese and pesto, alongside more inventive choices such as spicy tomato ravioli and smoked salmon ravioli.

For dessert, diners can enjoy traditional Italian sweets including tiramisu and a variety of gelato flavours. In addition to the buffet, a la carte dishes and a set signature tasting menu are available on request to cater to different dining preferences. Wine enthusiasts will appreciate Alto 88’s collection of more than 50 Italian wines, carefully chosen to complement the menu.
