Pazziella Garden & Suites, an iconic 25-suite hotel in the heart of Capri, Italy, has completed a comprehensive interior renovation and is open for the spring and summer season.
Originally a private villa from the early 1900s, the property was converted into a small hotel in 1950 under the name A’ Pazziella. Meticulously restored and updated by the Salvatore Naldi Group, Pazziella Garden & Suites now offers a boutique experience that blends Capri’s historic charm with contemporary comfort.

Located just a short walk from Piazza Umberto I, the hotel is set within a tranquil garden that features a stately lemon tree and a magnolia, creating a peaceful retreat from the island’s lively streets. The property comprises two elegant villas surrounded by verdant landscaping.
The renovation created a carefully curated collection of suites furnished in authentic Capri style. Accommodation options include the Garden View Prestige Room with a spacious balcony, the Garden View Terrace Suite with a panoramic terrace, and the Pool Patio Suite with a private swimming pool. Several sea-facing rooms offer striking views of the Tyrrhenian Sea, including the Sea View Capri Suite, the Sea View Deluxe Room, and the Sea View Junior Suite.

For guests seeking added luxury, the hotel includes suites with whirlpool baths: the Whirlpool Patio Suite, the Whirlpool Terrace Suite, and the Whirlpool Terrace Junior Suite, which places a whirlpool tub on an expansive terrace for private relaxation.
The redesign was overseen by owner Teresa Coscia Naldi in collaboration with architect Rosanna Coscia. They worked with Italian craftsmen and local artisans to ensure the interiors reflect Capri’s character while providing modern amenities and workmanship.

Dining at P Garden Restaurant is a highlight of the property. The indoor-outdoor restaurant opens onto the garden and pool areas and is led by Executive Chef Angelo Fumeto. The menu focuses on seasonal Mediterranean cuisine with Neapolitan influences. Signature dishes include tonnarello pasta with tub gurnard pulp, lemon and zucchini, a preparation that emphasizes fresh, regional flavors and simple, high-quality ingredients.
The restaurant serves an à la carte breakfast and a relaxed lunch—both available indoors or poolside—and in the evening it becomes a candlelit setting ideal for intimate dinners. The atmosphere and culinary offerings combine to create a memorable dining experience that complements the hotel’s refined, island-style hospitality.
