Hyatt Debuts Luxury Hotel in India’s Thriving Hospitality Market

Hyatt Hotels & Resorts has expanded its presence in India with the opening of Hyatt Regency Gurgaon in the New Delhi area. Situated in Gurgaon—an important business and residential hub approximately 30 minutes from Indira Gandhi International Airport (DEL)—the 16-story property offers 451 guestrooms and suites, a selection of four restaurants and bars, and a spa featuring three treatment rooms and a pool.

The hotel is designed to serve both corporate and leisure travelers, with more than 40,000 square feet of flexible meeting and event space. A highlight is the 20,710-square-foot ballroom, capable of hosting up to 3,000 guests, making the venue suitable for large conferences, weddings, and other major events.

Guests at Hyatt Regency Gurgaon can expect contemporary accommodations and a range of on-site amenities aimed at comfort and convenience. The dining options present diverse culinary choices, while the spa and pool provide relaxation after a day of meetings or sightseeing. The extensive event facilities include boardrooms, breakout rooms and grand event halls, supporting a variety of event formats and group sizes.

“We are proud to announce the opening of Hyatt Regency Gurgaon in the same year that Hyatt will celebrate 30 years of Hyatt-branded hotels in India,” said Pablo Graf, senior vice president of Hyatt Hotels & Resorts, Southwest Asia. The new property reinforces Hyatt’s long-term commitment to the Indian market and expands its capacity to host international business travelers, local events and leisure guests.

The location in Gurgaon offers easy access to New Delhi’s corporate districts, shopping centers and residential neighborhoods, making the hotel a convenient base for both business engagements and leisure activities. With modern guest rooms, extensive meeting facilities and multiple dining venues, Hyatt Regency Gurgaon positions itself as a full-service option for travelers seeking a combination of comfort, convenience and event expertise in the region.
