The new Four Seasons Resort Oahu at Ko Olina will open to guests early next year on Oahu’s western coast, about 35 minutes from downtown Honolulu. Located within the luxurious Ko Olina resort community, this marks the fifth Four Seasons property in Hawai‘i and the brand’s first on Oahu. The resort sits just north of the protected Lanikuhonua nature preserve and directly south of the four white-sand coves known as the Ko Olina Lagoons.
To meet strong interest, the resort has begun accepting reservations for openings next year. Along with reservations, Four Seasons launched a new website showcasing the property’s features: 358 guestrooms and suites, five restaurants and lounges, four swimming pools, a full-service spa and wellness center, tennis courts, watersports activities, and easy access to the Ko Olina Golf Club.
“Even before we reveal every detail, Four Seasons’ reputation in Hawai‘i gives travelers confidence that our fifth resort — and the first on Oahu — will be extraordinary,” said Nelson Hilton, Senior Director of Marketing for Four Seasons.
The resort’s placement within the Ko Olina community provides a peaceful setting with natural beauty, while keeping guests within easy reach of island attractions. Visitors can enjoy calm lagoon swimming, coastal walks, and cultural experiences nearby, with high-end dining and leisure options available on-site. The combination of a secluded preserve to the north and the lagoon framed beaches to the south offers varied scenery and abundant opportunities for relaxation and recreation.
Accommodations are designed to reflect the island’s spirit and provide modern comforts. With a substantial number of rooms and suites, the property aims to serve families, couples, and leisure travelers seeking a premium Hawaiian experience. Multiple dining venues and lounges present a range of culinary choices, from casual poolside fare to elevated island-inspired cuisine, complemented by curated beverage programs.
The spa and wellness center emphasizes restorative treatments and holistic practices suited to the Hawaiian environment, while the resort’s outdoor amenities—pools, tennis courts, and watersports—encourage active days in the sun. Access to the nearby Ko Olina Golf Club is a benefit for guests who wish to combine seaside relaxation with rounds on a championship course.
Reservations and additional information are available through the resort’s official booking channels. As the opening approaches, the resort will continue to release more details about programming, special packages, and seasonal offerings designed to highlight the best of Oahu in a refined, island-setting.
