The property, a member of The Leading Hotels of the World, offers 86 guestrooms and suites. In April 2025 the hotel will introduce four new suites located in a newly constructed wing, all with convenient elevator access to the AQVA Spa. Two of these suites can be joined to adjacent executive rooms to create larger accommodations for families or groups.
Following an extensive renovation, the AQVA Spa and Wellness Centre now features expanded indoor and outdoor pools, hydromassage areas, a sauna, Turkish baths, a modern fitness center, and a landscaped spa garden opening onto the lakeside. The spa menu includes tailored facial treatments and longer signature experiences, including a 140-minute head-to-toe ritual designed for complete relaxation and renewal.

Dining at Grand Hotel Fasano spans four distinct restaurants: Il Fagiano, Trattoria Il Pescatore, Magnolia and La Terrazza. Each outlet presents updated menus for 2025 that emphasize seasonal, locally sourced ingredients and regional culinary traditions. Il Fagiano, the hotel’s fine-dining restaurant, earned a Michelin star in 2024 for its creative cuisine that blends flavors and produce from both northern and southern Italy.
The relaunched hotel balances historic charm with contemporary amenities, offering guests lakeside relaxation paired with easy access to the cultural attractions of northern Italy.
