Emirates is increasing A380 operations at London’s Gatwick Airport, moving to three daily round-trip services operated exclusively with the Airbus A380. Effective January 1, 2016, the airline will replace a Boeing 777-300ER on the third daily rotation with an A380, creating a consistent triple-daily A380 schedule at Gatwick. Emirates already operates multiple A380 flights into London, including services at Heathrow Airport, and this change expands the carrier’s A380 presence across the city’s two main airports.
