This year’s conference centers on the theme “Women for Economic Prosperity” and will address several key topics designed to empower women in business and leadership:

  • Creating a supportive work environment and promoting the success of micro, small and medium enterprises
  • Challenges faced by women in leadership and strategies for balancing career and family responsibilities
  • Identifying leadership styles and leveraging personal strengths
  • Opportunities and challenges for pioneering women in the digital age
  • Turning passion into sustainable revenue streams

At the previous conference, over 150 women took part, representing Egypt and a broad international community. Participants included delegates and investors from 16 countries across Africa, Europe and North America, demonstrating the event’s regional and global reach.

Founded in 1999, the Association of Egyptian Business Women brings together 21 civil society organizations and works to increase women’s participation in economic development. The association focuses on continuous professional development, business support, and initiatives that improve women’s performance and opportunities across diverse sectors.

The conference aims to offer practical guidance, networking opportunities and resources to help women expand their businesses, enhance leadership capabilities, and adapt to the evolving demands of the modern economy.
