Dubai Airports to Launch Interactive NCR Mapping for Travelers

Dubai Airports has chosen the NCR Netkey Wayfinding system to improve navigation and passenger experience across its airport properties.

The interactive NCR Netkey Wayfinding platform will be installed across Dubai International’s three terminals, helping travelers quickly find gates, view real-time flight information, and locate retailers and concession areas. The system also offers interactive access to a range of passenger services, including hotel reservations, transportation details and information on local attractions, making it easier for visitors to plan onward travel and leisure activities.

The solution will be deployed on 50 high-definition, 42-inch touchscreen monitors that support rich graphics and video, providing an intuitive, visually engaging interface for users. These kiosks are intended to reduce confusion, shorten wayfinding times and streamline passenger flow by presenting clear, accessible directions and up-to-date airport information.
