Beverly Hills is welcoming several new luxury dining destinations located inside its prestigious hotels.
The Belvedere at The Peninsula Beverly Hills reopened in January after a thoughtful renovation of both its décor and its menu. The updated menu emphasizes Mediterranean-inspired dishes that showcase local, seasonal ingredients and fresh seafood. The restaurant is also embracing the growing “localtarian” trend, with more options focused on ingredients sourced from the surrounding region.
The Viceroy L’Ermitage Beverly Hills recently introduced Avec Nous, a modern French restaurant that opened last month. The menu features highlights such as house-made charcuterie and carefully composed plates. Leading the kitchen is Olivier Quignon, formerly the executive chef at Bar Boulud in New York City, who brings classic French technique and contemporary refinement to the table.
Looking ahead, Montage Beverly Hills will unveil two new dining concepts in June: Georgie and The Garden Bar, both overseen by Food Network chef Geoffrey Zakarian. These will mark Zakarian’s first restaurants in Los Angeles and are expected to offer spaces that feel both relaxed and elegantly appointed, with thoughtfully prepared menus to match.
Together, these hotel restaurants reflect a broader trend in Beverly Hills toward elevated, locally minded dining within luxurious hotel settings—combining refined culinary direction with stylish atmosphere and attentive service.
