“As we embarked on this transformation, we aimed to create interiors that would stand the test of time while offering a serene environment for our guests to focus or relax,” said John Paul Nichols, president and CEO of Club Quarters Hotels. The redesign emphasizes warm woods, detailed paneling and a curated pairing of large contemporary artworks with smaller graphic prints to convey resilience and refined craftsmanship. This updated aesthetic supports the brand’s renewed focus on effortless, mature elegance while keeping modern guest needs at the forefront.

Together the two properties now offer 468 modernized guestrooms, refreshed public areas and a redesigned Club Lounge. A new food-and-beverage concept introduced as part of the update is The Counter, a daylong service point for specialty coffee, artisanal pastries and carefully curated cocktails. The renovation prioritized efficiency and purposeful design so each area delivers maximum comfort and utility for both business and leisure travelers.
A notable feature rolled out across rooms and suites is the Club Quarters desk, designed to serve as a generous work surface that also includes a discreet vanity compartment. Throughout the properties, finishes and furnishings spotlight local artists, artisans and craftspeople, reinforcing a connection to the surrounding community while elevating the guest experience with thoughtful, locally informed details.
The renovations aim to balance practical needs with lasting aesthetics: durable materials and clever, multipurpose layouts ensure rooms remain functional for years, while the updated palette and curated artwork create a calm, sophisticated atmosphere. With these changes, Club Quarters invites returning and new guests to enjoy refreshed spaces that support productivity, relaxation and a modern sense of ease.
