Celebrate Frank Sinatra’s Birthday with a Special Dinner at The Westin

The Westin Mission Hills Golf Resort & Spa is honoring the music and spirit of Frank Sinatra with a special dinner theater event commemorating what would have been the singer’s 100th birthday.

On Dec. 12, the date of Sinatra’s birth, acclaimed performer Steve DiTullio will perform classic songs such as “Fly Me to the Moon,” “New York, New York,” “Summer Wind” and “My Way.” Guests will enjoy a three-course Italian-inspired dinner prepared by Executive Chef Joel Delmond while listening to the intimate musical tribute.

The dinner begins with a baby arugula salad topped with California baby beets, crispy prosciutto, cannellini beans and ricotta salata, finished with a white balsamic vinaigrette. The main course features veal parmigiana served with linguini, broccolini and pomodoro sauce. Dessert is a flavored fig upside-down polenta cake paired with prosecco pannacotta, salted caramel and a mixed berry salad. A Champagne toast in honor of “Old Blue Eyes” completes the evening.

The event will be held in the resort’s Oasis Ballroom from 7:00–9:30 p.m. Tickets are priced at $69 per person or $119 per couple. Reservations are required; call 760-770-2150 or email [email protected] to reserve seats.
