Earlier this year, Cape Cod’s Ocean Edge Resort & Golf Club expanded its wellness program with several notable additions. The resort introduced year-round wellness retreats led by Liza Bertini, a retreat sales manager who previously worked at Kripalu Center for Yoga & Health. New facilities include a 1,000-square-foot infrared retreat studio and the historic Carriage House as an event space. The resort also added The Charm, an adults-only accommodation option, and broadened its healthy dining choices.

The resort’s retreat schedule covers a range of wellness topics, from traditional yoga and meditation to cold immersion and specialized health-focused programs. Retreats vary in length and capacity to suit different preferences. The fall lineup includes:
- Sept. 26–28: What You Came Here For: A Soul-Stirring Women’s Retreat — An immersive weekend designed to help women reconnect with purpose, remove blocks to growth and step into leadership. Activities include intuitive coaching, breathwork, guided writing, ritual work, a floating sound bath and a $150 spa credit.
- Oct. 3–5: Cultivating Presence: A Yoga Retreat into Stillness & Self — Led by Corina Benner, this retreat blends yoga, meditation and extended periods of stillness to support inner calm and presence.
- Oct. 24–26: The Generous Exchange: How Channels of Beauty, Goodness and Excellence Restore Our Health, Ignite Hope and Inspire Positive Action — Resilience expert and positive psychologist Dr. Maria Sirois leads this weekend exploring how appreciation of beauty and goodness can restore hope and motivate meaningful action.
- Nov. 14–16: Plunge and Presence: Cold Immersion, Breathwork and Yoga — Guided by experts Michael Christoforo and Jenya Nesterova, this program pairs cold immersion with breathwork, yoga and meditation practiced by the sea.

These programs enhance the resort’s extensive on-site amenities across its 429-acre property. Guests can enjoy tennis and pickleball courts, championship golf, six swimming pools, bicycle rentals, and direct access to the Cape Cod Rail Trail. A rotating schedule of wellness classes and the full-service Beach House Spa further support a holistic guest experience focused on health and relaxation.
