Delta Air Lines has added special flights to help fans travel to Super Bowl LIII at Mercedes-Benz Stadium in Atlanta on February 3. New routes now connect Los Angeles (LAX) and Boston (BOS) with Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport (ATL), giving supporters of the New England Patriots and the Los Angeles Rams more options for attending the game.
Seats are available for booking on these extra flights. From the West Coast, a February 1 departure leaves LAX at 9:30 a.m. and arrives in ATL at 4:50 p.m. New England travelers have multiple choices from Boston: a morning flight departs BOS at 10:28 a.m. and lands in ATL at 1:24 p.m., while an evening option departs BOS at 5:50 p.m. and arrives in ATL at 9:00 p.m. There’s also a same-week option for those preferring to travel closer to game day — a February 2 departure from BOS at 10:15 a.m., arriving in ATL at 1:11 p.m.
For fans planning a quick getaway after the game, return flights are scheduled for February 4 with service to LGA, LAX and BOS. These added flights will operate on Delta’s Boeing 757 aircraft, providing additional capacity to accommodate the increased demand around the Super Bowl.
These temporary routes are intended to make travel to and from Atlanta easier during one of the busiest travel weekends of the year. Travelers should book early to secure seats and verify flight times and availability, as schedules may change.
