Margarita Kiwi
Ingredients:
- 1.5 oz kiwi purée
- 1 oz lemon juice
- 1 oz simple syrup (or natural syrup)
- 2 oz grapefruit soda
Method and presentation: Lightly smoke the serving glass with a rosemary sprig for an aromatic touch. Fill a shaker with ice, then add the kiwi purée, lemon juice and simple syrup. Shake well until chilled and strain into the smoked glass over fresh ice. Top with grapefruit soda for a bright, effervescent finish. Garnish with a cinnamon stick and an edible flower for color and a hint of spice.

My Own Mezcalita
Ingredients:
- 1.5 oz mezcal
- 0.5 oz triple sec
- 2 oz orange juice
- 0.5 oz lemon juice
- 0.5 oz ginger syrup
- 0.5 oz hibiscus concentrate (for color and aroma)
Method and presentation: Fill a shaker with ice and add the mezcal, triple sec, orange juice, lemon juice and ginger syrup. Shake vigorously until well chilled, then strain into a glass over ice. Add a splash or drizzle of hibiscus concentrate to enhance the drink’s visual appeal and subtle floral notes. Finish with a fruit skewer, a small edible flower and a slice of orange for a striking, tropical presentation.
