Crystal Cruises Launches New Luxury Voyage Campaign

Crystal Cruises has introduced a new brand campaign called “All Exclusive,” signaling the line’s commitment to delivering an elevated level of luxury travel. The initiative reframes the familiar industry phrase “all inclusive” into a bolder promise: every aspect of the journey is curated and elevated to an exclusive standard.

The All Exclusive program expands on Crystal’s existing offerings by including premium wines and spirits, prepaid gratuities, and amplified onboard experiences designed to surprise and delight guests. Edie Rodriguez, CEO and President of Crystal Cruises, described the campaign as part of a broader vision to reinvent luxury travel. “Since my arrival at Crystal, it has been my vision to grow this brand into something even more magical. Today, we are reinventing travel in a class all by itself, and All Exclusive is the perfect representation of that. Whether it is by ocean, river or air, everything we do is designed to take our guests to a new level of luxury, service and adventure,” she said.

To support the All Exclusive promise, Crystal is expanding its Crystal Luxury Air offering. That program provides private air transportation for guests traveling to Crystal ocean, river, and yacht voyages across the Pacific, Mediterranean and Indian Ocean regions. The expansion includes a new addition to the fleet, the Bombardier Global Express XRS. Configured for executive comfort, the aircraft features a two-cabin layout that accommodates up to 13 guests, four wide club seats, a conference area, a dedicated workstation and an entertainment cabin—allowing travelers to arrive relaxed and ready to enjoy their journey.

Rodriguez emphasized the convenience and efficiency of the expanded air service, noting that Crystal Luxury Air’s diverse fleet is designed to meet the fast, seamless travel needs of discerning guests.
