Power Lunch Workout: Boost Energy in 30 Minutes

For $78, the Executive Fitness Power Lunch includes:

  • A two-course meal at Clement highlighting Chef Brandon Kida’s contemporary American cuisine
  • A day pass to the Peninsula Spa Fitness Club, granting access to the modern workout facility, a variety of group classes, and the glass-enclosed pool with panoramic 22nd-floor views of the city

Designed for Midtown professionals and travelers, the Executive Fitness Power Lunch runs Monday through Friday from 11:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. Sample dishes include a delicate mushroom soup finished with truffle espuma and a Parmesan crisp; wild striped bass with carrot purée, roasted carrot and beurre monté; and roasted chicken with farro, garlic chives and roasted pear.

The Peninsula Spa Fitness Club is equipped with Life Fitness cardiovascular and strength-training machines. A light-filled studio hosts up to six complimentary daily group classes such as yoga, mat Pilates, conditioning and cardio. The glass-enclosed pool overlooks Fifth Avenue and Central Park, with poolside loungers and a health-conscious dining menu; aqua aerobics classes are offered daily. A wraparound sun terrace provides seasonal outdoor seating with loungers and dining options. Men’s and women’s changing facilities include a stocked vanity area, aromatherapy steam room, sauna, ice fountain and multi-sensory showers.
