“The reopening of Corinthia Brussels marks an exciting chapter for both our brand and the city,” said Simon Casson, CEO of Corinthia Hotels. The restoration goes beyond repair: it reimagines luxury hospitality by blending heritage architecture with contemporary design and craftsmanship. The project involved collaborations with leading Belgian artisans and culinary innovators to produce a modern, memorable guest experience.
Located on Rue Royale in the Notre-Dame-aux-Neiges district, the landmark building dates back to 1910. Architect Henri Van Dievoet designed the hotel to meet the exacting standards of the era, and one of its most striking features is the Palm Court, crowned by a soaring stained-glass skylight. Under the direction of Belgian architect Francis Metzger, the Palm Court has been carefully restored and now provides an elegant introduction to the guest areas that follow.

The hotel’s dining program is led by Michelin-starred Belgian chefs David Martin and Christophe Hardiquest. Their venues—Le Petit Bon Bon and Palais Royal—serve contemporary takes on Belgian classics alongside French dishes that reflect Japanese influences, offering a diverse culinary palette. Complementing the restaurants, celebrated mixologist Hannah Van Ongevalle debuts her first solo bar concept, Under the Stairs, bringing a refined cocktail experience to the property.
Wellness at Corinthia Brussels centers on an expansive subterranean spa featuring private treatment rooms, a sauna and experience showers, plus a serene tea room for relaxation before or after treatments. Fitness offerings include personal training sessions led by a former British Army instructor, providing tailored workouts in a calm, professional environment. Guests can also explore Costume, the hotel’s concept store, which stocks curated items including selections from Maison La Collection and pieces by florist-designer Daniel Ost.
Blending historic character with contemporary amenities, Corinthia Brussels positions itself as a destination for travelers seeking refined comfort, thoughtful service and exceptional culinary and wellness experiences in the heart of the city.
