GUEST QUARTERS: After a warm welcome, I checked into a marina-facing king room that was well suited for two guests. The room offered generous storage with ample closet space and drawers, plus an elegant dressing area opposite the bathroom. The bathroom combined a single vanity with a shower and tub room finished in striking emerald-green tile. Full-sized Davines bath products were provided, which was a welcome touch.
The bed and pillows were plush and provided restful sleep over two nights. The room also featured a full balcony with views of Ain Dubai, making it easy to enjoy the marina scenery from private outdoor space.
SERVICES AND AMENITIES: The hotel is visually striking throughout, with a particularly attractive pool deck and bar area. Given Dubai’s heat, pool staff quickly arranged shaded lounge seating and served fresh coconut water straight from the shell. Dining options are varied across seven outlets; I especially enjoyed Ginger Moon for its flavors and atmosphere. Attiko, the rooftop restaurant and lounge, promises a lively supper-club vibe with a DJ for evening socializing, while BAR-B Spa offers immersive treatments for relaxation and recovery.
