Caribbean’s Longest Bar Reopens with Stunning New Look

Infiniti Bar at Grace Bay Club in Turks and Caicos, long celebrated as the longest bar in the Caribbean, has completed an extensive renovation and now welcomes guests with a refreshed, elegant look. Redesigned by acclaimed designer Young Huh, the bar blends contemporary style with a relaxed beachside atmosphere, raising the standard for seaside dining and drinking.

The centerpiece is the 90-foot bar that runs along iconic Grace Bay Beach. It features a refined white-and-gold mosaic countertop paired with green terrazzo accents that echo the turquoise hues of the ocean. Beyond the visual upgrades, Infiniti Bar has also elevated its culinary offerings. The updated menu highlights fresh seafood, including sushi made with fish flown in from Japan and paired with premium sake selections. Small plates and shareable dishes complement the sushi—options such as shrimp tempura and a crispy lobster roll are intended to pair well with the ocean view and relaxed pace of beachside dining.

Cocktail offerings are organized into pre-dinner, signature and after-dinner selections. Pre-dinner choices include light spritzes such as Aperol spritz and St. Germain spritz, designed to whet the appetite without overpowering it. Signature cocktails emphasize fresh, tropical flavors: Fresh Berry Colada combines coconut rum, coconut milk, pineapple juice and fresh berries; Watermelon Crush blends fresh watermelon and lime with Woody Creek vodka and club soda; and a special 30th Anniversary Cocktail from Grace Bay Resort balances whiskey, coconut rum, lime, cinnamon and pineapple for a celebratory twist.

For a leisurely evening, guests can enjoy after-dinner options like a crème brûlée martini or a coconut white Russian while watching the sunset. Infiniti Bar also maintains a well-curated selection of beers and wines to suit a range of preferences, from casual beach sips to more refined pairings for sushi and other menu items.

The bar’s transformation is part of a broader series of property updates. Off Shore, a new beach club concept, has been introduced with a casual menu that leans into Caribbean flavors—think tacos inspired by regional ingredients and a selection of chilled rosé. In addition, the resort has refreshed its villa accommodations: upgraded villa suites now offer spacious oceanfront terraces, fully equipped kitchens, modern amenities and sweeping water views, catering to guests seeking longer stays or a more residential experience.

Together, these enhancements underscore Grace Bay Club’s commitment to blending thoughtful design with elevated culinary and hospitality experiences, providing both visitors and returning guests new ways to enjoy the natural beauty of Grace Bay Beach alongside refined food and beverage offerings.
