About Hyatt Regency Incheon

What can travelers expect from Hyatt Regency Incheon? We prioritize personalized service and a seamless stay. Many of our guests are in transit, so efficiency and comfort are essential. Korean hospitality—gracious, polite and efficient—is at the core of our approach. We aim to deliver an energizing and authentic experience where every element functions well. Our team works as one cohesive unit; from security staff assisting with luggage to front-desk colleagues coordinating arrivals, everyone contributes to a smooth guest experience.

What makes the Hyatt Regency Incheon unique? Although we are very close to Incheon International Airport, we do not see ourselves merely as an airport hotel. Our service and attention to detail match top 5-star properties across Asia. Restaurant 8 has become a local destination thanks to its consistent quality and year-round special events. Our commitment to service has been recognized: TripAdvisor ranked us first for Best Service among Korea’s top 25 hotels in 2013, and Global Traveler readers named us Best Airport Hotel in 2012.

What do you find most challenging about running the Hyatt Regency Incheon? One of our main goals is to position Incheon as a competitive meetings, incentives, conferences and exhibitions destination, especially for events around 600 attendees. With the upcoming second tower, we will have increased capacity and flexible space to better target that market. Incheon is an excellent hub for global meetings and events, and with major occasions such as the 2014 Asian Games, we have opportunities to demonstrate our capabilities.
