Designed by Raphaël Navot, Hôtel Dame Des Arts officially welcomed guests in January 2023. Housed in a 1950s building in the Sixth Arrondissement between Rue Danton and Rue Suger, the hotel channels the spirit of a Nouvelle Vague film set. Its interiors pay tribute to the neighborhood’s artistic heritage while offering contemporary comforts and elegant detailing for a polished, sophisticated atmosphere.
A third of the 109 guestrooms feature private outdoor terraces with views that include Sacré‑Cœur and the Eiffel Tower. Dining options span three distinct venues: an indoor restaurant, an intimate garden courtyard, and a rooftop bar with 360‑degree city views. Chef Othoniel Álvarez Castañeda presents a seasonal menu that blends classic French techniques with flavors drawn from the North Pacific, while Margo Lecarpentier oversees the rooftop cocktail program.

Hôtel Des Grands Voyageurs is set to open in spring 2023 in the stylish Saint‑Germain neighborhood. Occupying a discreet Parisian corner building with a subtle entrance, the hotel reveals interiors influenced by Art Deco and Roman motifs. The design palette pairs warm woods and hunter green accents with vibrant browns, deep reds and lacquered black finishes for a richly layered look.
The 138‑room property includes suites arranged as corner rooms, each accessed with a deep‑red key tassel that echoes the hotel’s refined aesthetic. While the restaurant concept is still being finalized, guests can expect a 35‑seat speakeasy bar in the basement, featuring a hidden library entrance and a program of live music to complement an intimate evening experience.
Together, these two hotels reflect a thoughtful blend of Parisian tradition and contemporary hospitality. Hôtel Dame Des Arts emphasizes cinematic elegance and panoramic dining, while Hôtel Des Grands Voyageurs offers a more intimate, design‑forward stay in the heart of Saint‑Germain. Both aim to provide discerning travelers with memorable stays rooted in local charm and modern luxury.
