This Oct. 10 and 11, the Casa de Campo Food & Wine Festival returns for its third season at Casa de Campo Resort & Villas in the Dominican Republic.
“We are thrilled to continue this tradition and bring together such an extraordinary group of chefs to share their passion for cuisine with our guests,” said Andrés Pichardo Rosenberg, president of Casa de Campo Resort & Villas. “The Food and Wine Festival is not only about exceptional food—it’s about celebrating the cultural richness of the Dominican Republic and creating memorable experiences our guests will treasure for years to come.”

The festival, presented in partnership with Invited and American Express, will feature acclaimed chef and restaurateur Michael Mina, celebrated Chef Hubert Keller, television personality and chef Scott Conant, and beloved Dominican chef Inés Páez, known as “Chef Tita.” Together they will showcase diverse techniques and flavors across a series of dinners, tastings and culinary events.
“The annual Casa de Campo Food & Wine Festival is more than just a celebration of cuisine,” added Jason Kycek, chief marketing officer of Casa de Campo Resort & Villas. “It is a platform to showcase cultural flavors, local talent and international innovation that makes the Dominican Republic and Casa de Campo a true gastronomic destination.”

Located on 7,000 acres, Casa de Campo offers rooms, suites and private villas across an expansive property. The resort is home to three Pete Dye–designed golf courses — Teeth of the Dog, Dye Fore and The Links — with Teeth of the Dog often ranked as the Caribbean’s top course. Golfers can refine their swing at the Golf Learning Center, which features TrackMan technology.
Beyond golf, the resort includes a 250-slip Marina & Yacht Club, the Casa de Campo Racquet Center, a Polo & Equestrian Club and a 245-acre Shooting Club. Guests can also enjoy the new luxury Spa at Casa de Campo and visit Altos de Chavón, a carefully crafted replica of a 16th-century Mediterranean village.
Altos de Chavón was designed as an artisan-driven cultural enclave, brought to life by Dominican architect José Antonio Caro and Italian designer and cinematographer Roberto Coppa. The village showcases handcrafted work by local artisans and provides a scenic backdrop for events, galleries and dining experiences.
The Casa de Campo Food & Wine Festival aims to blend world-class culinary talent with the resort’s distinctive amenities and local heritage, offering visitors a chance to savor creative menus, pairings and cultural experiences that highlight the best of the Dominican Republic’s flavors and hospitality.
