Rosewood London has launched The Chalet at Rosewood London, an alpine-inspired terrace experience open through February 2026. Situated in the hotel’s courtyard, the activation transforms the space into a refined mountain retreat in central London, combining warm design elements, seasonal menus and curated spirits.
The Chalet’s design centers on timber finishes and a soothing neutral palette, accented by Goldbergh’s signature gold details. Luxury blankets and bespoke cushions create a cosy atmosphere, and Rosewood London staff wear pieces from the Goldbergh Gold Exclusive collection, reinforcing the collaboration with the Amsterdam-based luxury ski brand.

The Chalet opens alongside the debut of Rosewood Courchevel Le Jardin Alpin, where Goldbergh is featured in the ski boutique. This timely pairing highlights both brands’ commitment to alpine style and luxury hospitality.
Signature cocktails crafted with The Singleton Single Malt Scotch Whisky accentuate the menu. Highlights include I Shine Not Burn — a rich blend of Singleton 18-year with Oloroso, Madeira, Marsala, port, vermouth and smoked moss; Jock’s Well Hot Toddy — Singleton 12-year combined with beurre noisette, chamomile, heather honey and shortbread; and The Siren’s Song — Singleton 12-year with chestnut, citrus, maple, bitters, pine and fudge. For collectors and whisky enthusiasts, The Chalet also presents an exclusive Singleton 21-year serve ritual, offering a rare chance to sample a harder-to-find expression.

The Chalet’s food menu channels the hearty flavours of alpine dining. Offerings include classic French onion soup; Baked Camembert served with confit garlic, walnut, honey and thyme; Wine Braised Short Ribs; and Tartiflette, a comforting potato gratin made with Reblochon cheese and smoked bacon. The dishes are designed to complement the whisky-led cocktail program and the cosy, mountain-inspired setting.
Open daily from 12:00 to 22:00, The Chalet at Rosewood London runs through February 2026. The experience aims to bring a taste of the Alps to Londoners and visitors seeking a seasonal, stylish retreat in the heart of the city.
