Coury Hospitality has unveiled The Elmore Hotel, the first boutique hotel in Southlake, Texas. After an extensive renovation, the property reopens with refreshed interiors, lively dining destinations and modernized guestrooms designed to reflect the area’s character.
Rooted in Southern charm and inspired by community, The Elmore reimagines hospitality in Southlake as a welcoming social hub for locals and visitors alike. The hotel is positioned to serve business travelers, guests celebrating special occasions and those seeking a relaxed weekend escape, offering spaces intended to encourage interaction and connection.

With 175 guestrooms, the hotel draws inspiration from the American Elm tree as a symbol of growth and connection. Public areas and programming are designed so everyday moments of gathering can occur naturally, whether in the lobby, dining venues or around the pool. To foster ties with the neighborhood, the hotel offers a locally focused calendar of experiences that encourage community participation.
Programming highlights include afternoon tea service, mahjong socials, structured wellness classes and poolside Dragon Pilates. The property also offers immersive packages and seasonal promotions, such as the Rooted in Romance couples’ getaway and the Sip, Sun and Stay cabana experience, aimed at creating memorable, shared moments for guests.
The hotel’s main restaurant, Sagewind, presents a seasonal menu that celebrates Texas ingredients and regional cooking traditions. Sagewind’s beverage program complements the food with locally inspired cocktails, including a signature Southlake Spritz. For a more intimate evening, Social Outlaw — a hidden speakeasy-style bar — offers craft cocktails, live music and a cozy atmosphere for after-dinner gatherings. In addition to nightly service, culinary programming extends to weekly events like guided beverage tastings and chef-led experiences.

Paul Coury, CEO of Coury Hospitality, commented that The Elmore reflects the company’s commitment to delivering design-forward lifestyle hotels across Texas. He noted that Southlake deserved a property that feels authentic to the community and provides memorable experiences for both residents and visitors. The hotel aims to act as a “living room” for the city — a place where people come together for everyday moments as well as special occasions.
The Elmore’s design and programming emphasize thoughtful hospitality with a local focus: seasonal menus and cocktails, community-oriented events, and curated wellness and leisure offerings. Together, these elements create a boutique hotel that both honors Southlake’s character and invites new traditions for residents and travelers to enjoy.
