Now Open: One&Only Kea Island Resort, Greece

If the Greek Islands are calling, One&Only Kéa Island in the Cyclades gives you another great reason to plan a trip. Designed by architect John Heah, the resort offers 63 cliffside villas with one- or two-bedroom layouts. This is the second Greek property in the One&Only collection, located about 45 minutes from Athens by speedboat, and it presents a curated range of experiences for guests.

Each villa includes a private infinity pool and interiors that showcase hand-cut local stone, Greek marble, high atriums, rounded archways, pergolas and white-washed walls. Dining options are varied and seasonally focused: Atria serves Greek specialties and freshly caught seafood; Kosmos offers afternoon tea, fresh-pressed juices and cocktails; Kaiki pool bar provides casual fare and drinks; Èpicora wine bar pairs light plates with artisanal cheeses and charcuterie; and Incognito is a speakeasy-style venue entered through a hidden door.

“Every One&Only resort is one of a kind, celebrating its exceptional location and honoring the natural landscape and local community,” said Philippe Zuber, CEO of Kerzner International. “We are excited to reveal our second Greek haven and now, with two distinct properties, we offer a truly unrivalled journey across Greece through the lens of One&Only. With a population of just 2,300 residents, this island is incredibly special to its people, and it was our privilege to work with the community to authentically reflect and protect Kéa’s unique spirit. This off-the-radar destination reveals a different side to the Cyclades, promising a grounding stay that leaves guests feeling relaxed and revitalized.”
