Q&A Residential Hotel Reveals New Guest Amenities

Q&A Residential Hotel, located in Manhattan’s Financial District, has introduced several new amenities designed to better serve business travelers and guests staying for extended periods. The property’s updates focus on convenience, healthy dining options and on-site recreation to make longer stays more comfortable and enjoyable.

Recognizing that many suites feature full kitchens, the hotel now offers City Acres Market grocery delivery. Guests complete a simple grocery order form and leave it with the front desk; by the time they return, their refrigerator and pantry are stocked with the requested items. This service streamlines meal preparation for families, business travelers and anyone who prefers to cook in-suite.

Dining options on property have also expanded with the opening of Blue Park Kitchen, the hotel’s second on-site restaurant. Blue Park Kitchen emphasizes health-conscious menu choices in a relaxed, casual setting. The kitchen focuses on local grains, fresh vegetables, clean proteins and house-made sauces to provide flavorful, balanced meals that appeal to guests looking for nutritious options without sacrificing taste.

“We aim to serve healthful food through local grains, fresh vegetables, clean protein and house-made sauces. We’re very excited to be a part of the greater Lower Manhattan neighborhood,” said Kelly Fitzpatrick, president and founder of Blue Park Kitchen.

In addition to food and grocery services, Q&A Residential Hotel has added a range of recreational amenities to enhance on-site entertainment. New facilities include a bowling alley, a theater, a virtual golf simulator, billiards and a ping-pong table. Guests can purchase full-day access to these amenities for a flat fee, making it easy to plan leisure activities without leaving the building.

These enhancements aim to meet the varied needs of the hotel’s clientele, particularly families and extended-stay business travelers who value both convenience and opportunities for relaxation. By combining in-suite cooking options with healthy, on-site dining and expanded recreational choices, the hotel offers a more versatile, comfortable experience for longer visits.

“We’re thrilled to be providing our guests even more in the way of food, conveniences and recreation, especially for the many families and extended stay business travelers who choose our hotel,” said Derek Stumpfhauser, general manager of Q&A Hotel. “The more we can help guests cook meals in their in-suite kitchen, grab a quick bite and have fun on the property, the better.”
