The menu blends time-honored recipes with modern techniques to offer both nostalgia and novelty.
Live music enhances the experience. Jeremy Monteiro and his Latin Jazz Trio perform Wednesday to Friday, creating a relaxed yet sophisticated soundtrack of Latin jazz standards and rhythms that complement the bar’s vintage ambiance.
“I am really excited about a residency where I get to play Latin Jazz; a genre so close to my heart,” Monteiro said. “At Bob’s Bar, the atmosphere and vibe is so conducive to listening to Latin Jazz. We will all feel like we’ve been transported to a gorgeous South American beach, except that we’ll be right here in Singapore.”
