Opening in June, Edgecamp Pamlico Station introduces luxury, high-design, residential-style accommodations to the area. This 14-suite boutique property blends the privacy and home-like comforts of a standalone house or vacation rental with the personalized service and amenities expected from a top-tier hotel.

Each suite features a separate living room, dining area, fully equipped kitchen and private bedroom. Renowned designer Jonathan Adler styled the interiors, which highlight a Modern American Glamour aesthetic—mixing chic, comfortable furniture and thoughtfully chosen accessories to create inviting, polished spaces that feel both stylish and livable.
The hotel provides a dedicated concierge to coordinate an array of services tailored to guests’ needs. Offerings include wellness treatments, kitchen stocking, private chef bookings, and delivery of boats or jet skis. Guests can also arrange kiteboarding lessons, transportation, and other experiences—the concierge handles the planning so visitors can relax and enjoy their stay.

The surrounding coastline is especially appealing to kite surfers, offering wide, uncrowded beaches, expansive sand dunes and natural sea oats. The property makes it easy to access unspoiled shoreline and arrange lessons or rentals for a variety of water sports. Beyond kiteboarding, guests can book foiling sessions, deep-sea fishing trips, jet ski outings, dune buggy adventures and biking excursions.
Edgecamp Pamlico Station was developed by Richard Fertig, CEO of Stomp Capitol, who transitioned from a career on Wall Street to hospitality. Plans are already in motion to expand amenities: within the next year the property will introduce the Edgecamp Sporting Club as an additional guest offering, further enhancing the destination’s leisure and activity options.
