New Private Jet Terminal Opens in Turks and Caicos Islands

Chances are you already know about the sparkling waters, sunshine and luxury options available in Turks & Caicos — now there are even more comfortable ways to get there.

That’s due to Provo Air Center, a private jet terminal at Providenciales International Airport that welcomes passengers in a sleek, comfortable space inspired by the island’s architectural traditions. Dark woods, abundant natural light and a beamed, peaked ceiling create an airy, tropical atmosphere. In addition to The Club Lounge, guests can relax at The Coffee Bar and bring canine companions to a dedicated dog park.

Located at the corner of The Old Airport Road and South Dock Road, the terminal offers state-of-the-art facilities including fuel services, customs and immigration assistance, pet handling, charter coordination, flight permitting and full support for pilots and technicians. Its drive-through customs hall is a first for private aviation in the region, designed to make arrival and departure processes smooth and efficient for private passengers. The facility also accommodates extra-long-haul jets on direct flights to and from the Middle East, Europe and Asia.

Open daily from 6 a.m. to 8 p.m., Provo Air Center provides catering ranging from boxed lunches to multicourse meals prepared by a team that includes local Caribbean chefs with more than two decades of gourmet aviation catering experience. For travelers island hopping, the terminal recently added service to South Caicos Airport, improving connections across the territory.

“We are thrilled to extend our services to South Caicos, a destination of remarkable beauty and growing luxury hospitality,” said Deborah Aharon, CEO of Provo Air Center. “Our presence on the island not only enhances private jet accessibility but also underscores our commitment to providing first-class service, flexibility and convenience to our clientele.”
