JetBlue Expands Boston Service: New Routes, Flights & Updates

JetBlue, the leading carrier at Boston Logan International Airport, has announced further expansion at Logan as part of its multi‑year plan to reach 200 daily departures. The airline will add capacity and adjust schedules across key routes beginning this summer and continuing into the fall.

As part of the rollout, JetBlue will increase frequencies on 12 popular Boston routes and refine timetables to provide more convenient, hourly service to Washington, D.C. (DCA) and the New York metro area (EWR). These changes build on recent network growth and reinforce JetBlue’s long‑term commitment to serving New England travelers.

“JetBlue started building up our Boston operation from the moment we arrived more than fifteen years ago, and long before any other airline recognized the needs of New England’s travelers,” said Marty St. George, executive vice president and chief commercial officer at JetBlue. “The growth set for this year underscores our ongoing commitment to expansion in Boston and to bringing our award‑winning service to more customers in the years ahead.”

The airline will phase in additional flights over the summer and fall on the following Boston Logan routes:

  • Austin‑Bergstrom International Airport
  • Charleston International Airport
  • Chicago O’Hare International Airport
  • Cleveland Hopkins International Airport
  • Detroit Metropolitan Wayne County Airport
  • Nashville International Airport
  • Newark Liberty International Airport
  • Orlando International Airport
  • Philadelphia International Airport
  • Raleigh–Durham International Airport
  • Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport
  • Savannah/Hilton Head International Airport

Passengers can expect increased options and improved connections for both business and leisure travel as frequencies rise on these routes. The schedule adjustments are designed to create more consistent departure patterns throughout the day, enhance same‑day round‑trip opportunities, and provide better early morning and evening choices for travelers flying to and from Boston.

JetBlue’s expansion in Boston reflects the airline’s strategic focus on growing key hubs where demand and connectivity potential are strong. By adding flights and optimizing departure times, the carrier aims to make travel more convenient for customers in the region while supporting economic activity tied to increased air service.

As the new frequencies come online, travelers are encouraged to check JetBlue’s schedule for updated times and available seats. These changes will be implemented in phases so customers and business partners can plan ahead for the increased service through the summer and into the fall.
