Warwick Announces Launch of Dubai Property Development

Warwick International Hotels will open its first Dubai property by the end of 2013, converting a four-star hotel located in the heart of the city. Positioned on Sheikh Zayed Road and within walking distance of the Dubai International Financial Centre, the hotel will offer 357 guestrooms, a spa, a fitness center, five dining outlets, a rooftop swimming pool, a tennis court, and dedicated meeting and event spaces.

Jamal Serhan, CEO of Warwick International Hotels for the Middle East and North Africa, said the new management agreement demonstrates WIH’s ability and readiness to meet the needs of investors and owners seeking a privately owned, internationally recognized brand to operate their hotels and resorts in the region.

Warwick International Hotels currently manages 54 properties across four continents, including four in the Middle East: Warwick Il Palazzo Hotel & Suites in Amman, Jordan; Winter Valley Warwick Resort & Spa at the Dead Sea, Jordan; Warwick Pangea Beach Resort & Spa in Lebanon; and Warwick Palm Beach in Beirut, Lebanon.
