Dream Hotel Group Launches Boutique Hotel in Hollywood

Luxury lifestyle hotel management company Dream Hotel Group has opened Dream Hollywood.

Featuring 178 rooms and suites, Dream Hollywood is a key part of the group’s broader expansion strategy. The company behind Dream Hotels — which also manages Time Hotels, The Chatwal, Unscripted Hotels and two Night Hotels in New York — is pursuing a growth target that aims to reach 150 properties within four years.

Designed by the Rockwell Group and occupying half a city block, Dream Hollywood presents a celebrated Los Angeles destination. The hotel offers striking views, upscale guest amenities, and what is described as the city’s most stylish rooftop pool, lounge and grill. Guests also enjoy complimentary Lincoln Continental and Navigator car service for local transportation.

The property features an indoor-outdoor lobby with retractable walls that blur the line between interior and exterior spaces. Atop the building, an 11,000-square-foot rooftop venue called The Highlight Room combines a pool, expansive terrace, restaurant and lounge, all overlooking Los Angeles and offering sightlines to the iconic Hollywood sign. Dining options on-site include TAO, which serves Asian-inspired cuisine; Beauty & Essex, a two-level restaurant concept with a pawnshop-style entrance; and Luchini Pizzeria and Bar.

Guest accommodations span categories from bronze to platinum and are designed with floor-to-ceiling windows that fill rooms with light. The interiors use a palette of white, blue and neutral tones punctuated by vibrant orange accents. Bathroom areas are defined by freestanding, naturally aged bronze shelving that supports sinks and mirrors, while a compact minibar provides a subtle separation between bedroom and bathroom zones.

Dream Hotel Group’s growth is driven by a $2 billion development plan for the Dream Hotels brand. Upcoming projects include a 169-room property in Nashville’s historic Printer’s Alley, a 250-room hotel in Dallas, and a 175-room hotel in Palm Springs, among other planned locations.
