The private Moskito Island, owned by Sir Richard Branson since 2007, is now open for public bookings. Situated off Virgin Gorda in the British Virgin Islands, this exclusive three-villa estate is accessible by private helipad or by boat from Tortola or Virgin Gorda; private jets can land at St. Thomas (STT).

The island retreat comprises three ultra-luxurious villas — Headland House, Beach Villa and Mangrove Villa — offering a combined total of 11 bedrooms and accommodating up to 22 guests. The nightly rate covers the entire island and is priced at $47,300. A three-night minimum stay is required, with additional fees for holiday periods.

Included amenities and services:

  • All meals, snacks and alcoholic beverages
  • Return launch transfers from Virgin Tortola Airport
  • Three freshwater infinity pools and four hot tubs
  • Two tennis courts and a fitness center
  • Non-motorized water sports equipment, including snorkeling, paddleboarding, windsurfing, sailing and kitesurfing

Guest policy and additional charges:

  • The base nightly rate covers up to 22 guests. Additional overnight guests are charged $1,000 each, plus a 2.5% service charge.
  • Day guests beyond the included 22 are charged $625 each, plus a $25 service charge.
