- Make on-site or off-site dinner reservations
- Schedule spa treatments with available time slots
- Arrange in-room hair and beauty services such as blowouts
- Sign up for fitness and workout classes offered by the hotel
- Order personalized items for pets, including name tags, pet beds, monogrammed mats, and premium treats
- Request late check-out when available
The app is offered at no charge and centralizes many guest requests and reservations into a single interface, helping save time and streamline communication with hotel staff. Guests can use ALICE to customize their stay, coordinate services, and access amenities without having to call or visit the front desk.
