Oetker Collection has announced plans to open its first hotel in St. Tropez, France. The as-yet-unnamed property is scheduled to debut in 2027. The announcement follows the recent opening of Hotel La Palma in Capri, Italy and the forthcoming launch of The Vineta Hotel in Palm Beach, Florida.

Located between St. Tropez and the famous Pampelonne beaches in Ramatuelle, the hotel will be built on the site of the former Le Mas Bellevue St. Tropez. The intimate, secluded property will include 53 guestrooms and suites, each offering a private terrace or patio. Landscaped grounds will retain native plantings and olive trees to reflect the local environment.
Facilities will include a large infinity pool, wellness amenities, and on-site dining and bar options, designed to blend relaxed Riviera living with refined service. Paris-based interior design studio Gilles & Boissier has been commissioned to create the interiors. Taking inspiration from St. Tropez’s atmosphere, their approach will emphasize natural materials, varied textures and a delicate color palette to craft a calm, elegant retreat.
The architectural design for the project is led by Olivier Raffaelli of Triptyque Architecture, whose work will interpret the region’s character while ensuring a contemporary, timeless expression. Together, the team aims to produce a property that feels authentically embedded in the landscape while delivering the high standards associated with the Oetker Collection brand.
With its combination of thoughtful design, preserved greenery and upscale amenities, the new St. Tropez hotel is positioned to appeal to travelers seeking both privacy and proximity to the social and seaside attractions of the Riviera. The scheduled 2027 opening will mark another strategic addition to Oetker Collection’s growing portfolio of luxury addresses in iconic Mediterranean destinations.
