Luxury-Hotels.com recently completed a statewide survey comparing luxury hotel rates across Florida during February and March, the period when room prices in the state typically reach their peak.
The survey found Fisher Island Resort to be the most expensive, with a minimum rate of $1,573 per night. Close behind were The Ritz-Carlton, Naples and The Breakers Palm Beach, which also placed among the highest-priced properties in the state.
In the Florida Keys, The Moorings emerged as the most expensive option by rate, while on Miami Beach Faena Hotel and The Setai ranked at the top for nightly cost. Other hotels that appeared in the survey’s top ten include Four Seasons at The Surf Club, The Ritz-Carlton Bal Harbour, The St. Regis Bal Harbour Resort and Sunset Key Cottages.
To produce these rankings, Luxury-Hotels.com recorded the lowest available rates for double guestrooms during February and March. The analysis used prices for two- and three-night stays and excluded rates for Sunday–Monday nights, ensuring a consistent comparison of peak-season pricing across properties.
