Six Senses Crans-Montana reopens this December and welcomes guests for its first full festive season following recent upgrades. Open year-round after the reopening, the resort offers exclusive ski-in, ski-out access and a broad selection of culinary, cultural and sporting experiences designed for every season.
The property has completed 33 new terrace rooms and suites with panoramic views that include iconic peaks such as the Matterhorn and Mont Blanc. Alongside these additional accommodations, the resort has introduced new programs and seasonal offerings to enrich guests’ stays.

During the festive season the resort comes alive with seasonal scents and lights. Highlight dining events include Christmas dinner in the Wild Cabin and a special omakase experience at Byakko for those seeking Japanese culinary discovery. Both venues host celebrations on Christmas and New Year’s Eve, with the evening of December 31 concluding at Ora Bar & Lounge to ring in the new year.
Families are well catered for with spacious options such as the three-bedroom Prestige apartment. Children’s programming — Grow With Six Senses — offers an array of activities from outdoor play to creative workshops. A new seasonal offering, Return to the Roots, invites guests on a guided dusk walk through the mountains, complete with hot chocolate and traditional local gingerbread treats.

Adults can take advantage of Six Senses Spa for winter wellness rituals. Spa offerings include thermal journeys with saunas and a cold plunge, restorative sessions in the Stretch Pod, and locally inspired treatments aimed at rejuvenation after outdoor activities.
For those planning future visits, the resort is an all-season destination. Winter brings access to 85 miles of ski runs for all ability levels, including a World Cup slope, plus activities such as winter hiking, ice skating, ice hockey and curling. In summer, guests can explore extensive hiking and mountain biking trails, try paragliding, or enjoy golf at nearby courses—including an 18-hole Severiano Ballesteros course, a nine-hole Jack Nicklaus course, and the Crans-sur-Sierre golf club—offering year-round outdoor recreation for every interest.
