Wellness Retreats
The three-night Wellness Retreats are scheduled for May 22–25, May 29–June 1 and June 5–8. Each retreat combines movement, mindfulness and creativity with guided yoga, mountain hikes, morning and evening meditation, sound healing sessions and spa treatments. Participants also take part in an art-in-nature class and enjoy nourishing meals served at WYLD. These retreats are designed for guests seeking a structured, immersive reset in a mountain setting.
Both Spa All Day and the Wellness Retreats require reservations at least seven days in advance. For travelers seeking restorative experiences amid Colorado’s alpine scenery, these new programs offer a balanced blend of spa care, outdoor activity and mindful practices.
